Family Home,
North West London

This family home was created by combining two properties to form an enlarged 5 bedroom house in a North West London Conservation Area.  We opened up the living and kitchen area to form a large room living onto the garden.

Family home, North London

This project required a redesign of the Ground Floor spaces to accommodate the family's lifestyle.  We created an open plan Kitchen/Dining space opening onto a newly constructed patio.  The tired rear extension was rebuilt using bricks to match the existing house, thereby unifying the building.  We created a Snug in the center of the house with glazed doors leading onto the open plan space.  Other features included a separate Utility room and built in drinks cupboard.  The clients had clear ideas for the aesthetic and we worked alongside them to bring their vision to life.

Kitchen Extension,

West London

The brief for this project was to extend the kitchen incorporating an existing Utility room and re-orientating the spaces to better suit the family's lifestyle.

The rear extension was proposed to create a dining space connecting the garden to the house. Careful detailing and material choices were made to integrate this extension seamlessly with the original house.

Penthouse Lateral Conversion,

North London

The client brief was to combine their two penthouse apartments laterally into one larger apartment.  Design challenges included the building's listed status, creating space for sprinkler systems to meet fire regulations and the creation of extra accommodation within the existing floor plan.  We managed to strike a delicate balance between open plan living space and a third bedroom including an Ensuite shower room.  In conjunction with an Interior Designer, the spaces were enriched with colour and texture.

West London

The rear extension was proposed to create a dining space which made a better connection between interior and exterior.  Our role on this rear extension was to detail the outline design prepared by the client's interior designer.  We focused on tying the new extension into the existing building as seamlessly as possible.  This was done with minimal details and good choice of materials.

Barrister's Chambers,

City of London

The client brief was to combine two underused offices into a large waiting area by removing a wall.  The entrance foyer was also in need of improvement.  Interior Design elements are being introduced to refurbish these spaces and create better usability.

Garden Apartment, North London

The client brief was to create an infill rear extension to ease the kitchen dining area and create a 3rd bedroom.  The concept was developed to align with budget constraints but not compromise on overall aesthetic.

Rear Extension,

West London

We were appointed to redevelop the rear extension of this family home in Barnes, London.  The existing rear extension and conservatory did not provide the clients with the space best suited to their lifestyle.  We reconfigured the space to create a zoned open plan living space.

IN DESIGN PHASE

Apartment Refurbishment, North London

We were appointed to develop the client's vision for their London Apartment refurbishment.  We developed interior design ideas which tied together strong black, white and gold themes somewhat inspired by the Art Deco movement.  Detailed design for bespoke joinery units enhance this scheme.
